Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris Hubungan self-efficacy dengan Prokrastinasi Pada Karyawan PT. Tanjung Timberindo Industri. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalan 112 karyawan. Pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala prokrastinasi disusun dari Aspek prokrastinasi menurut Ferrari, dkk dan Stell (2015) sebagai berikut: Perceived time, Intention-action, Emotional distress, Perceived ability. Skala ini disusun berdasarkan ciri-ciri orang yang memiliki self-efficacy tinggi menurut Robbins (2007) antara lain: Dapat mengatasi secara efektif situasi yang mereka hadapi, Yakin terhadap kesuksesan dalam mengatasi rintangan, Gigih dalam berusaha, Percaya pada kemampuan diri yang dimiliki, Memiliki motivasi, Tidak terpengaruh oleh situasi yang mengancam. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode analisis korelasi r Product Moment, diketahui bahwa Ada hubungan negative self-efficacy dengan prokrastinasi, dimana rxy = -0,361 dengan signifikan p = 0.000 < 0,050. Artinya hipotesis ada hubungan negative self-efficacy dengan prokrastinasi, Dengan asumsi semakin baik self-efficacy maka prokrastinasi semakin rendah dan sebaliknya semakin buruk self-efficacy maka prokrastinasi semakin tinggi prokrastinasi. Hipotesis diterima. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,130 Ini menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy berkontribusi terhadap prokrastinasi sebesar 13%. Hal ini menunjukkan masi ada 87% faktor lain yang mempengaruhi prokrastinasi seperti : kecemasan, pencelaan terhadap diri, rendahnya toleransi, mencari kesenangan, status pernikahan, keyakinan diri, tidak teraturnya lingkungan, lemah terhadap tugas, kurangnya ketegasan, permusuhan, dan perasaan tertekan. This study aims to determine and empirically test the correlation between self-efficacy and procrastination in employees of PT. Tanjung Timberindo Industry. The number of research samples is 112 employees. Sampling using total sampling technique. The data collection method using the procrastination scale is compiled from the procrastination aspect according to Ferrari, et al and Stell (2015) as follows: Perceived time, Intention-action, Emotional distress, Perceived ability. This scale is based on the characteristics of people who have high self-efficacy according to Robbins (2007), among others: among others: Able to deal effectively with the situations they face, Confident in success in overcoming obstacles, Persistent in trying, Believe in their own abilities, Have motivation, Not affected by threatening situations. Based on the results of the analysis with the correlation analysis method r Product Moment, It is known that there is a negative relationship self-efficacy with procrastination, rxy = -0,361 significantly p = 0.000 < 0,050. This means that the hypothesis has a negative relationship self-efficacy with procrastination, Assuming the better self-efficacy the lower the procrastination and conversely the worse the self-efficacy, the higher the procrastination procrastination. Hypothesis accepted. Determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X with the dependent variable Y is equal to r2 = 0,130 This shows that self-efficacy contributes to procrastination by 13%. This shows that there are still 87% of other factors that influence procrastination, such as: anxiety, self-deprecation, low tolerance, seeking pleasure, marital status, self-confidence, environmental irregularities, weakness in tasks, lack of assertiveness, hostility, and feelings of depression.
