Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. This study aims to determine the description of work stress on emergency room nurses at Permata Bunda Hospital, the research sample amounted to 30 nurses. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was total sampling. |
