Abstract: Kepuasan kerja adalah perasaan yang menyenangkan atau tidak menyenangkan yang dirasakan oleh karyawan tentang pekerjaannya sedangkan Komotmen organisasi tetap berusaha mewujudkan apa yang menjadi tujuan organisasi dan memiliki kebanggaan menjadi bagian dari organisasi tersebut .Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantitatif Kolerasi. jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 47 karyawan ,sempel dalam penelitian ini di ambil dengan cara total sampling dengan skala langsung dan tertutup. Metode analsisis pengambilan data menggunakan kolerasi product moment menggunakan program SPSS. 21 dengan kolerasi yxy= 0,549 dengan p = 0,005 maka hasil penelitian di nayatakan sangat signifikan.Hipotesis yang di gunakan adanya hubungan kepuasan kerja kerja dengan komitmen organisasi padakaryawan PT . Nilai Empirik kepuasan kerja =108,792 sedangkan Hipotetik =95 adan SD =11,792 sedangkan komitmen organisasi Empirik =109,802 sedangkan Hipotetik =92,5 dan SD =10,302 Hipotesis penelitian ini,ada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi. sumbangan efektif yang di berikan sebesar X terhadap Y (BE%) 𝑟2= 30,1%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka hipotesis penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. Job satisfaction is a pleasant or unpleasant feeling felt by employees about their work while the organizational commitment is still trying to realize what the goals of the organization are and have pride in being part of the organization. This study is a research that uses quantitative research methods. 47 employees, the sample in this study was taken by means of total sampling with a direct and closed scale. The data collection analysis method uses product moment correlation using the SPSS program. 21 with a correlation of yxy = 0.549 with p = 0.005, the research results are stated to be very significant. The hypothesis used is that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employees of PT. Empirical value of job satisfaction = 108,792 while Hypothetical = 95 and SD = 11,792 while Empirical organizational commitment = 109,802 while Hypothetical = 92,5 and SD = 10,302. The hypothesis of this study, there is a relationship between job satisfaction with organizational commitment. The effective contribution given is X to Y (BE%) r^2= 30.1%. Based on the results of the study, the research hypothesis was declared accepted.
