Pengaruh Keputudan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan dan Kebijakan Deviden Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Food And Bavarage Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan deviden berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaaan sektor food and bavarage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Penelitian asosiatif adalah pendekatan dengan menggunakan dua atau lebih variabel guna mengetahui hubungan atau pengaruh yang satu dengan yang lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan keuangan pada perusahaan sektor food and bavarage yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dengan metode purpose sampling sebanyak 8 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil uji t, FAR memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,933˃0,05 yang berarti bahwa FAR tidak memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap PBV. DAR memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,110˃0,05 yang berarti DAR tidak memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap PBV. DPR memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0,803˃0,05 yang berarti DPR tidak memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap PBV. Berdasarkan hasil uji F, FAR, DAR, dan DPR memiliki nilai signifikan 0,184˃0,05 yang berarti bahwa secara simultan FAR, DAR, dan DPR tidak memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan sektor food and bavarage yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi (𝑅2)) sebesar 0,124. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (FAR,DAR,DPR) dapat menjelaskan keragaman dari variabel dependen (PBV) sebesar 12,4%. Sedangkan 88% lainnya dipengaruhi oeh variabel lain.

The sample in this study was taken by the purpose of sampling as many as 8 companies. Based on the results of the t test, FAR has a significance value of 0.933˃0.05, which means that FAR has no effect and is not significant on PBV. DAR has a significance value of 0.110˃0.05, which means that DAR has no influence and is not significant on PBV. The DPR has a significant value of 0.803˃0.05, which means that the DPR has no influence and is not significant on PBV. Based on the results of the F test, FAR, DAR, and DPR have a significant value of 0.184 0.05, which means that simultaneously FAR, DAR, and DPR have no influence and are not significant on firm value (PBV) in listed food and bavarage sector companies. on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. The value of the coefficient of determination (𝑅2)) is 0.124. This shows that the independent variables (FAR, DAR, DPR) can explain the diversity of the dependent variable (PBV) of 12.4%. While the other 88% are influenced by other variables.
