Saka Mitra Sejati dengan asumsi semakin tinggi kontrol diri maka semakin rendah perilaku minor cyberloafing, begitu sebaliknya semakin rendah kontrol diri maka semakin tinggi perilaku minor cyberloafing. . Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Saka Mitra Sejati. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-control with Minor Cyberloafing Behavior on employees of PT. Saka True Partner. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a negative relationship between self-control and minor cyberloafing behavior on employees of PT. Saka Mitra Sejati with the assumption that the higher the self-control, the lower the minor cyberloafing behavior, and vice versa, the lower the self-control, the higher the minor cyberloafing behavior. . The research population is the employees of PT. Saka True Partner. The research sample was obtained using a total sampling technique, namely all employees of PT. Saka Mitra Sejati is known to number 78 people. Data were collected using a self-control scale of 24 items with 18 valid items and 6 dropping items, on the cyberloafing minor behavior scale there were 32 items with 24 valid items and 8. The type of scale used was Likert. The research data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation. Where this correlation technique is used to analyze the relationship between 1 independent variable and 1 dependent variable. The results showed that there was a negative relationship between control and minor cyberloafing behavior (rxy = - 0.940; p = 0.000 < 0.050). Furthermore, it is known that the contribution of the self-control variable to minor cyberloafing behavior is 88.3% (r2 = 0.883) while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study. Self-control is classified as moderate with empirical mean (49.71), hypothetical mean (45.00) and SD (9.819), and Minor Cyberloafing behavior is classified as moderate with empirical mean (56.05), hypothetical mean (60.00) and SD (16,872). Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.en_US
