Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Cinemaxx Global Pasifik cabang Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukkan adalah ada hubungan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yaitu 50 karyawan. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan metode angket berupa skala likert untuk variabel bebas yaitu iklim organisasi dan variabel terikat kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil ada hubungan signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien dimana koefisien yaitu 0,873 dengan signifikansi p = 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga nilai r hitung > r tabel (0,873 > 0,278) yang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja PT. Cinemaxx Global Pasifik. Koefisien determinan hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebesar 76,2% Artinya dalam penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Cinemaxx Global Pasifik Cabang Medan, oleh karena itu hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the relationship of organizational climate with job satisfaction of employees of PT. Cinemaxx Global Pacific Medan branch. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and employee job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees. The sampling technique used was the Total Sampling technique. The sample in this study was the entire population, namely 50 employees. The data collection method used a questionnaire method in the form of a Likert scale for the independent variables, namely organizational climate and the dependent variable of employee performance. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment analysis. Based on the results of data analysis conducted, the results obtained that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and employee job satisfaction. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient where the coefficient is 0.873 with a significance of p = 0.000 <0.05. So the value of r count > r table (0.873 > 0.278) which indicates that there is a significant positive relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction of PT. Cinemaxx Global Pacific. The determinant coefficient of the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction is 76.2%. This means that in this study, it shows that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction of employees of PT. Cinemaxx Global Pacific Medan Branch, therefore the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
