Abstract: Prasarana yang sangat penting untuk masyarakat diantaranya adalah Jalan. Jalan berguna agar masyarat dapat mecapai wilayah satu ke wilayah lain. Dari itu, pembuatan jalan mestilah menyeluruh sesuai kelas dan fungsinya. Agar memperoleh jalan yang layak digunakan. Maka pembangunan jalan wajib menggunakan material yang memiliki kualitas yang baik serta mempertimbangkan tebal perkerasan yang tahan lama dan ekonomis. sehingga mampu menahan beban kendaraan yang melintas. Adapun untuk mendesain kebutuhan struktur perkerasan menggunakan metode Bina Marga Manual Desain Perkerasan nomor 04/SE/Db/2017, sedangkan untuk memprediksi kerusakan pada tebal lapis perkerasan menggunakan bantuan program KENPAVE. Analisis perhitungan tebal lapis perkerasan yang didapatkan dengan metode MDP 2017 di peroleh hasil yaitu, tebal AC-WC 4cm, AC-BC 6 cm, AC-Base 7, LPA Kelas A 30 cm, Timbunan 85 cm. Sementara analisis kerusakan menggunakan program KENPAVE didapat nilai Nf 3.615.281.928 ESAL dan Nd sebesar 8.013.512,723 ESAL. Setelah dikontrol dengan Nr sebesar 2.326.083,094 ESAL, tebal perkerasan tersebut mampu menahan beban lalu lintas rencana sesuai dengan umur rencana. Infrastructure that is very important for the community includes roads. Roads are useful so that people can reach one area to another. From that, road construction must be comprehensive according to its class and function. In order to obtain a suitable path. So road construction must use materials that have good quality and consider the thickness of the pavement which is durable and economical. so that it can withstand the weight of passing vehicles. As for designing the pavement structure requirements using the Bina Marga method of Pavement Design Manual number 04/SE/Db/2017, while to predict damage to the thickness of the pavement layer using the KENPAVE program. Analysis of pavement thickness calculations obtained by the 2017 MDP method obtained the results, namely, AC-WC thickness 4cm, AC-BC 6 cm, AC-Base 7, LPA Class A 30 cm, embankment 85 cm. While the damage analysis using the KENPAVE program obtained the Nf value of 3,615,281,928 ESAL and Nd of 8,013,512,723 ESAL. After controlling with Nr of 2,326,083,094 ESAL, the thickness of the pavement is able to withstand the design traffic load according to the design age.
