Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sistem informasi dan dukungan manajemen puncak terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi akuntansi pada PT. Mahakarya Jaya Sinergi Medan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai dan fungsionaris PT. Mahakarya Jaya Sinergi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 karyawan yang mengaplikasikan sistem informasi akuntansi dalam pekerjaannya dan kepala divisi yang terlibat dalam proses penggunaan sistem informasi meliputi kepala divisi ppc, pemasaran, engineering, keuangan, pch, hrd, umum dan cgo beserta jajarannya. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas sistem informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi akuntansi. Dukungan manajemen puncak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi akuntansi. Kualitas sistem informasi dan dukungan manajemen puncak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi akuntansi. The objective of this research is to find out the effect of information system quality and top management support on user satisfaction of accounting information systems at PT. Mahakarya Jaya Sinergi. The type of research is associative quantitative. The population are all employees and functionaries of PT. Mahakarya Jaya Sinergi. The sampling of research is purposive sampling method with 40 total of sample who apply accounting information systems in their work and heads of division involved in the process of using information systems include the head of PPC, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, PCH, HR, General and CGO division and their teams. Data processing using SPSS Software. The result showed that the quality of information systems had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of accounting information systems. Top management support has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of accounting information systems. The quality of information systems and top management support has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of accounting information systems.
