Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai jenis bahan stek dan konsentrasi hormon Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) terhadap pertumbuhan stek jeruk lemon (Citrus limon L.) pada media cocopeat, yang dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area yang beralamat di Jalan PBSI No. 1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan petak terbagi faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu : 1) Faktor perlakuan jenis bahan stek dengan 3 taraf, dan 2) Faktor pemberian hormon Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) dengan 4 taraf. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan 3 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah umur bertunas (hari), persentase stek hidup (%), panjang tunas (cm), jumlah tunas (tunas), jumlah daun (helai), jumlah akar (akar), Panjang Akar (cm), bobot kering tajuk (g), bobot kering akar (g), organisme pengganggu tanaman (OPT). Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Perlakuan jenis bahan stek pada bagian bawah (B3) berpengaruh nyata terhadap umur bertunas, persentase hidup, jumlah tunas, jumlah daun, jumlah akar, dan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap panjang tunas, panjang akar, bobot kering tajuk dan bobot kering akar. Perlakuan konsentrasi hormon Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) pada konsentrasi 300 ppm (H3) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap umur bertunas, persentase hidup, panjang tunas, jumlah tunas, jumlah daun, jumlah akar, panjang akar, bobot kering tajuk dan bobot kering akar. This study aims to determine the effect of various types of cutting materials and the concentration of the hormone Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) on the growth of lemon cuttings (Citrus limon L.) on cocopeat media, which was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Medan Area University, which is located at Jalan PBSI No. 1 Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District. The design used in this study was a factorial split-plot design which consisted of 2 treatment factors, namely: 1) Treatment factors for cutting materials with 3 levels, and 2) Factors for administration of the hormone Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) with 4 levels. This research was conducted with 3 replications. Parameters observed in this study were the age of budding (days), percentage of live cuttings (%), shoot length (cm), number of shoots (shoots), number of leaves (sheet), number of roots (roots), root length (cm), canopy dry weight (g), dry weight roots (g), plant pest organisms (PPO). The results obtained from this study are the treatment of the type of cutting material at the bottom (B3) has a significant effect on shoot age, percentage of life, number of shoots, number of leaves, number of roots, and has a very significant effect on shoot length, root length, crown dry weight. and root dry weight. The treatment of Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) hormone concentration at a concentration of 300 ppm (H3) had a very significant effect on shoot age, percentage of life, shoot length, number of shoots, number of leaves, number of roots, root length, shoot dry weight and root dry weight.
