The raw pellets material was pushed and pressed out on the molding machine through a limited hole (die) at the threaded ends. The heater gave heat to the extruded material called hot extrusion. Then, the knife was used to flatten the extruded cut size, and the main characteristic of the extrusion process was its continuous nature. The extruder was operated in conditions of dynamic equilibrium that was, the input was equivalent to the output, and the incoming material was equivalent to the product. Due to the heat during the pellets production process, it made the water content in the material evaporates, the pellets could float in the water.
