Abstract: Proses produksi pada CV. Fawas Jaya mengalami masalah, yaitu pengadaan bahan baku untuk proses produksi kue kacang dan permintaan produksi dengan jumlah yang tidak sesuai. Pengadaan bahan baku di CV. Fawas Jaya sering terjadi keterlambatan sehingga terjadi waktu menunggu (leed time) pada pengadaan bahan baku,yang berpengaruh pada proses produksi kue kacang. Keterlambatan pengadaan bahan baku menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien terhadap proses produksi kue kacang. Biaya pemesanan bahan baku yang cukup tinggi menyebabkan kerugian pada CV. Faws Jaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Ingin mengetahui perencanaan bahan baku dalam proses produksi roti kue kacang dengan metode Material Resources Planning dan ingin mengetahui persediaan bahan baku roti kue kacang di CV. Fawas Jaya. Perencanaan kebutuhan material menggunakan metode MRP dalam tulisan ini menggunakan metode Lot sizing, dimana metode-metode lot sizing yang digunakan adalah Lot-for-lot, Economic Order Quantity, (EOQ) dan Period Order Quantity (POQ), serta menggunakan peramalan Moving Average dan Simple Average untuk mengetahui kebutuhan bahan baku dimasa mendatang maka metode yang terpilih yaitu Moving Average dengan nilai 26.226.750. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan MRP dengan teknik lot sizing yaitu POQ menghasilkan total biaya 3.105.569 pemesanan bahan baku yang minimum yaitu POQ digunakan sebagai solusi untuk perencanaan bahan baku pada CV. Fawas Jaya. The production process at the CV. Fawas Jaya experienced problems, namely the procurement of raw materials for the peanut pastry production process and production requests with inappropriate quantities. Procurement of raw materials at CV. Fawas Jaya was often delayed so that there was a waiting time (leed time) in the procurement of raw materials, which affected the production process of peanut pastry. The delay in the procurement of raw materials became less effective and efficient in the peanut pastry production process. The cost of ordering raw materials was high enough to cause losses to CV. Fawas Jaya. The purpose of this study was to find out the planning of raw materials in the production process of peanut pastry using the Material Resources Planning method and to find out the inventory of raw materials for peanut pastry at CV. Fawas Jaya. Planning material requirements used the MRP method, in this study it used the Lot sizing method, where the lot sizing methods used were Lot-for-lot, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Period Order Quantity (POQ), as well as forecasting of Moving Average and Simple Average to determine future raw material needs, so the method chosen was the Moving Average with a value of 26,226,750. Based on the results of the MRP calculation with the lot-sizing technique, namely POQ, it resulted in a total cost of 3,105,569 minimum ordering of raw materials, namely POQ which was used as a solution for planning raw materials on the CV. Fawas Jaya.
