Abstract

East Aceh District Health Office has Vision 2012-2017 is "Healthy East Aceh Islami, Mandiri, Justice and Prosperous. One of the missions of the second mission is the delivery of quality and affordable health services. Therefore, East Aceh District Health Office continues to improve quality and affordable health services. From the background of the problem, the authors are interested to examine on how the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. RI. 741 of 2008 on Minimum Service Standards of Health applied and achieved by East Aceh Regency, the title of this research is "Implementation of Minister of Health Regulation No. RI. 741 of 2008 on Minimum Service Standards Health field in East Aceh district ". The formulation of the problem in this research is how Implementation of Minister of Health Regulation no. 741 year 2008 About Minimum Service Standards Health field in East Aceh district, What are the factors that become obstacles. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Health RI No. 741 of 2008 on Minimum Service Standards Health field in East Aceh district and know the factors that become obstacles. Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be said that Implementation Regulation Minister of Health RI. 741 of 2008 About Minimum Service Standards The field of health in Kabupaten Aceh Timur is good. A slight lack of implementation of MSS in the district of East Aceh is the amount of human resources needed.
