dc.description.abstractPenting untuk memilih alat berat dalam setiap jenis pekerjaan, agar alat berat dapat bekerja dengan maksimal. Alat berat aspal relatif mahal dan memegang peranan penting dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek jalan raya. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah membandingkan hasil perhitungan alat berat metode Rochmanhadi dan Bina Marga untuk mendapatkan hasil biaya alat yang lebih ekonomis. Pelaksanaan proyek ini menggunakan alat berat antara lain dump truck, asphalt finisher, tandem roller, dan pneumatic tire roller. Mencakup biaya alat berat tinjauan pada proses pengaspalan jalan Sirombu-Afulu dengan panjang ruas jalannya ialah 6 km, yang di analisis kembali dengan menggunakan metode analisis Rochmanhadi 1985 dan metode Bina Marga 2010. Dari perhitungan metode Rochmanhadi diperoleh total biaya operasional alat berat yaitu Rp. 584.033.037, yang terinci biaya sewa alat per jam antara lain yaitu dump truck Rp. 414.816,54 , asphalt finisher Rp. 393.204,14, tandem roller Rp. 327.527,39, dan pneumatic tire roller Rp. 390.901,14 sedangkan jumlah total biaya perhitungan metode Bina Marga yaitu Rp. 450.781.739,5 diantaranya biaya sewa alat per jam yaitu dump truck Rp. 446.119,26 asphalt finisher Rp. 475.288,02, tandem roller Rp. 391.034,94 dan pneumatic tire roller Rp 422.810,49. Untuk selisih jumlah dari total biaya operasional alat berat metode Rochmanhadi dan metode Bina Marga ialah Rp. 133.251.298 dapat disimpulkan dengan menggunakan metode Bina Marga didapatkan lah hasil perhitungan biaya operasional alat berat yang lebih ekonomis. It is very important to choose heavy equipment for each type of job so that the heavy equipment can operate at its best. The cost of using heavy equipment is relatively high and plays an important role in the implementation of road projects. The purpose of this study is to compare the calculation results of heavy equipment with the Rochmanhadi and Bina Marga methods to obtain more economical equipment costs. The implementation of this project uses heavy equipment, including dump trucks, asphalt finisher, tandem rollers, and pneumatic tire rollers. Overview of the cost of heavy equipment in the process of paving the Sirombu-Afulu road with a road length of 6 km, which was re-analyzed using the Rochmanhadi 1985 analysis method and the Bina Marga 2010 method. From the calculation of the Rochmanhadi method, the total operating cost of heavy equipment is Rp. 584.033.037, detailing the cost of renting equipment per hour, among others, the dump truck Rp. 414,816.54, asphalt finisher Rp. 393,204.14, tandem roller Rp. 327,527.39, and a pneumatic tire roller Rp. 390,901.14 while the total cost of calculating the highways method is Rp. 450.781.739,5, including the cost of renting equipment per hour, namely the dump truck Rp. 446,119.26 asphalt finisher Rp. 475,288.02, tandem roller Rp. 391,034.94 and pneumatic tire roller Rp 422,810.49. For the difference in the amount of the total operational costs of the heavy equipment Rochmanhadi method and the Bina Marga method is Rp. 133.251.298 It can be concluded that by using the Bina Marga method, the calculation of the cost of heavy equipment is more economical.en_US
