Abstract: Aspal karet salah satu produksi yang diandalkan oleh pemerintah saat ini, APE telah mengembangkan dan memproduksi aspal karet sesuai dengan spesifikasi PU Bina Marga dan telah lolos uji proportis dan uji stabilitas dinamis aspal karet (wheltreking) dibalai besar pelaksanaan jalan nasional Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Surabaya sehingga menjadikan sebagai pelopor produksi aspal karet indonesia. Aspal karet memiliki keunggulan dibandingkan aspal murni dalam hal ketahanan terhadap deformasi (alur/cekungan) pada arah memanjang di permukaan jalan sekitarnya jejak roda kendaraan akibar beban terlalu berat melintas, pengelupasan lapisan-lapisan aspal dengan agregat, serta ketahanan terhadap retakan jalan akibar berubahan suhu lingkungan. standar uji Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2010 Revisi 3. Tujuan penelitian mendapatkan Nilai kuat tekan dengan menggunakan alat tes Uji Marshall beserta nilai KAO (Kadar Aspal Optimum) Mengetahui persentase rongga dalam camputan (VIM), Persen rongga terisi aspal (VFB), Persen rongga diantara mineral agregat(VMA), Stabilitas (stability), Kelelahan (Flow), dan Marshall quatient dari aspal alam dan karet pada perkerasan jalan lapisan perkerasan AC-BC dengan menggunakan aspal alam dan aspal karet terhadap nilai marshal dengan komposisi campuran 4,5%, 5,0%, 5,5%, 6,0%, 6,5%, dengan peneterasi 60/70. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan kadar aspal alam diperoleh nilai stabilitas 1085 kg dan hasil dari pengujian test uji Marshall terhadap campuran aspal Ac-Bc aspal alam dan aspal karet didapatkan kadar aspal optimum sama-sama sebesar 6,13%. Sedang kadar aspal karet nilai stabilitas 1145 kg, dari yang dilakukan. Sesuai dengan standart SNI memenuhi spesifikasi nilai yang stabilitas campuran aspal penetrasi 60/70. Kesimpulan pengujian yang dilakukan dengan perbandingan aspal alam dan karet lebih tinggi uji Marshall aspal karet dibandingan aspal alam pada lapisan perkerasan jalan. The purpose of the study was to obtain the compressive strength value by using the Marshall Test test kit along with the value of KAO (Optimum Asphalt Content). VFB), Percentage of voids between mineral aggregates (VMA), Stability, Fatigue (Flow), and Marshall quatient of natural asphalt and rubber on AC-BC pavement layers using natural asphalt and rubber asphalt against marshal values with composition mixed 4.5%, 5.0%, 5.5%, 6.0%, 6.5%, with a penetration of 60/70. The results of the research conducted with natural asphalt content obtained a stability value of 1085 kg and the results of the Marshall test test on a mixture of natural asphalt Ac-Bc asphalt and rubber asphalt obtained the optimum asphalt content equal to 6.13%. While the asphalt content of rubber has a stability value of 1145 kg, from what was done. In accordance with the SNI standard, it meets the specifications for the stability value of the 60/70 penetration asphalt mixture. The conclusion of the tests carried out with the comparison of natural asphalt and rubber was that the Marshall test of rubber asphalt was higher than that of natural asphalt on the road pavement layer.
