Faktor Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Proses Produksi Pada PT. Lets Go Gelato Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan simultan Pengaruh Bahan Baku dan Tenaga Kerjaterhadap Proses Produksi.Jenis penelitian menggunakan asosiatif .Variabel diukur menggunakan skala likert dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh staffPT. Let’s Go Gelato.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang di ambil dari bagian yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini.Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20.Pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwaBahan Baku (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Proses Produksi (Y).Tenaga Kerja(X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Proses Produksi maka dan variabel Bahan Baku (X1) dan Tenaga Kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Proses Produksi (Y). This research aims to know partially and simultaneously the Influence of Raw Materials and Labor on the Production Process. This type of research uses associatives. Variables are measured using a likert scale and data collection techniques are performed by sharing questionnaires. The population in this study is the entire staff of PT. Let's Go Gelato. The samples in this study were 32 people taken from parts related to this study. Data processing using SPSS version 20 software. Hypothesis testing is known that Raw Materials (X1) partially have a significant positive effect on the Production Process (Y). Labor (X2) partially has a significant positive effect on the Production Process then and the variables of Raw Materials (X1) and Labor (X2) simultaneously affect the Production Process (Y).
