Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan simultan Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen (X1) dan Pengukuran Kinerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Manajerial (Y). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan variabel diukur menggunakan skala likert. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kerja yang bekerja di PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria manager, spv, dan karyawan yang bekerja di bagian marketing, receiving, buah dan sayur, keuangan dan akuntansi PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi berjumlah 30 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara parsial, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial (Y), Pengukuran Kinerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial (Y) dan secara simultan, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen (X1) dan Pengukuran Kinerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial (Y). The purpose of this research to partially and simultaneously determine the effect of Management Accounting Information Systems (X1) and Performance Measurement (X2) on Managerial Performance (Y). This research type used is associative research. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, and variables are measured using a likert scale. Population in this research are all employess who works at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria of manager, spv, and employees who work in marketing, receiving, fruit and vegetables, finance and accounting of PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi totals 30 people. Data processing uses SPSS Version 22 software. The results show that partially, the Management Accounting Information System (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Managerial Performance (Y), Performance Measurement (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Managerial Performance (Y) and significantly. And simultaneously, Management Accounting Information Systems (X1) and Performance Measurement (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Managerial Performance (Y).
