Abstract: Laporan kerja praktek ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengendalian kualtias adalah suatu teknik dan aktivitas tindakan yang terencana yang dilakukan untuk mencapai mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas suatu produk dan jasa agar sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan dan dapat memenuhi kepuasan konsumen. Pengendalian kualitas di dalam perusahaan sangatlah penting agar tidak banyaknya kerusakan dan kegagalan didalam produk hal ini perlu di lakukan diperusahaan agar perusahaan tidak mengalami kerugian yang cukup besar. This practical work report can be concluded that quality control is a technique and planned action activity that is carried out to achieve maintaining and improving the quality of a product and service so that it is in accordance with predetermined standards and can meet customer satisfaction. Quality control within the company is very important so that there is not a lot of damage and failure in the product, this needs to be done in the company so that the company does not experience large losses.
