Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan tipe kepribadian terhadap stres kerja pegawai negeri sipil di kantor badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik di provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya pengaruh antara iklim organisasi dan tipe kepribadian terhadap sires kerja pada pegawai negeri sipil Kesabangpol di provinsi Sumatera Utara. populasi dalam penelitian ini berjurntrah 73 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah totat sampling" Metode pengumpulan data adaiah skala ikiirn organisasi, tipe kepriba.diac, dan stres kerja Analisa data, rnenggunakan analisis antara lain. Hasil penelitian 1. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dan tipe hci:ritra<lian tcrhadap stres kerja. Idal ini ditunjukkan koefiseien R: 0,659 ; p : 0.000 < 0,050. Berdasarkar hasii penelitian uii, maka hipotesis yang dianjurkan dinyatakan diterima. ada pengaruh yang signifikan anatara iklim organisasi terhadap stres kerja pada pegawai negeri sipil di kantor badan kesatuan bangsa dan politik di provinsi sumatera utara. dengan pengaruh efektif yang didapatkan sebesar 53.5%. 3. ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara tipe kepribadian terhadap stres kerja pada pegawai negeri sipil di kantor badan kesatuan bangsa dan politik di provinsi sumatera utara, dengan pengarh efektif yang didapatkan sebesar 53.5%. 3. ada pengaruh ang signifikan antara tipe kepribadian 59.98k. Total sumbangan elektif da-ri kedLra r.ariabel hebas (iklim organiszui dan ripe kepfibadian) terhadap stres kerja adalah sebesai' 66.goh" iJari hasil ini iliketahui bahwa masih terdapat 33-2% kontribusi dari faktor lain terhadap stres kerja. Diketahui bahwa subjek penelitianan ini para pegarwai negeri sipil di kantor badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik di provinsi Sumatera Utara, memiliki iklim organisasi yang tergolong cendruag tinggi, memiliki tipe kepribadian yang berbeda dimana tipe A lebih tinggi dibandingkan tipe R dan stres kerja yang tergolong cenderung tinggi. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and personality type to work stress of civil servants in agency offices National and Political Unity in the province of North Sumatra. The proposed hypothesis is the influence between organizational climate and personality type on job sires for civil servants at Kesabangpol in North Sumatra province. Total elective contributions from the two independent variables (organizational climate and personality type) to work stress is as complete as' 66.goh "iFind out these results we know that there are still 33-2% contribution of other factors to stress work. It is known that the subjects of this study were civil servants in the office National Unity and Political Body in the province of North Sumatra, has a climate organizations that are classified as high tendencies have different personality types different where type A is higher than type R and work stress classified as likely to be high
