Hubungan Kemandirian Belajar dengan Kepercayaan Diri pada Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the independence of learning with self-confidence in students of class X SMA 4 Kisaran. The hypothesis proposed is a positive relationship between the independence of learning with confidence in the students of class X SMA 4 Kisaran. The subjects of this study were 60 students of grade X SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran by using sampling technique Simple Random Sampling, data collection was done by using the scale of self-reliance learning with confidence. The scale of learning independence meet the validity and reliability validity and can be used for research with the reliability coefficient of 0.793 and the scale of self-confidence meet the validity and reliability requirements and can be used for research with the reliability coefficient of 0.848. Data analysis used is product moment technique. Based on the data analysis, the results showed a significant positive relationship between self-reliance learning with self-confidence in grade X students SMA 4 Kisaran. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.424 with P = 0.001, while the coefficient of determination (r2) of 18%
