Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai honorer PPPPTK BBL Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai honorer di PPPPTK BBL Medan. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 51 pegawai honorer. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi product moment karl pearson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rxy 0, 450 dengan signifikansi p = 0,004 berarti p < 0,05. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan: ada hubungan positif kepemimpinan transformasional dengan organizational citizenship behavior dinyatakan diterima. Kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 20,3% pada organizational citizenship behavior dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the relationship of transformational leadership with organizational citizenship behavior on honorary employees of PPPPTK BBL Medan. This type of research is correlational quantitative research. The population of this study were honorary employees at PPPPTK BBL Medan. The number of samples in this study were 51 honorary employees. The sampling technique was total sampling. The data collection technique used the Transformational Leadership Scale and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale. The data analysis technique uses the Karl Pearson product moment correlation analysis technique. The results of this study indicate the rxy correlation coefficient of 0.450 with a significance of p = 0.004 meaning p <0.05. These results indicate that the proposed hypothesis: there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior is accepted. Transformational leadership provides an effective contribution of 20.3% to organizational citizenship behavior and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
