Abstract: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di CV Wina Bhakti, Desa Telaga Sari Kecamatan Batang Kuis Kabupaten Deli Serdang mulai bulan Agustus sampai Oktober 2019. This research was conducted at CV Wina Bhakti, Telaga Sari Village, Batang Kuis District, Deli Serdang Regency from August to October 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the number of patchouli cuttings and the concentration of growth regulators from bamboo shoot extracts on the growth of patchouli cuttings. The method used in this study was factorial randomized group randomization (RBD), with 2 (two) treatment factors, namely: 1) The number of patchouli cuttings (B) which consisted of 3 levels, namely: B1 = cuttings with 2 books ; B2 = cuttings with 3 books; B3 = cuttings with 4 books; 2) The growth regulator substance (R) which consists of 5 levels, namely: R0 = control (without treatment), R1 = atonic 1m1 / 1, R2 = 25% concentration, R3 = 50% concentration, R4 = 75% concentration , each treatment was repeated 3 (three) times so that there were 45 experimental plots. The parameters observed were the percentage of growth, shoot height, number of leaves, root length, and root volume. The results obtained from this study were 1) The treatment of the number of cuttings did not significantly affect the number of leaves and the percentage of growth, but had a significant effect on shoot height, root length and root volume; 2) The application of growth regulating agent of bamboo shoot extract did not significantly affect shoot height, leaf number and growth percentage, but had a significant effect on root length and root volume; 3) The combination treatment between the number of book cuttings and growth regulators of bamboo shoot extract had no significant effect on shoot height, number of leaves, root length, root volume and growth percentage.
