dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh push motivation dan pull motivation terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan cabang Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara (interview) dan memberikan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan devisi kartu kredit pada PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan cabang Medan yang berjumlah 62 orang. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampling jenuh yang menggunakan seluruh populasi menjadi sampel karena populasi kurang dari 100 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 21, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Secara parsial variabel push motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan cabang Medan. (2) Secara parsial variabel pull motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan cabang Medan. (3) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara push motivation dan pull motivation yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan cabang Medan. This study aims to determine the effect of push motivation and pull motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan Medan branch. This type of research is associative research, where variables are measured on a Likert scale. Data collection method is done by conducting interviews (interviews) and provide a list of questions (questionnaire). The population in this study were all credit card division employees at PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan Medan branch, totaling 62 people. Sampling is done by the method of saturation sampling that uses the entire population to be sampled because the population is less than 100 people. Data processing using SPSS version 21, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Partially push motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan Medan branch. (2) Partially pull motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan Medan branch. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between push motivation and pull motivation that affect the performance of employees of PT.
