Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan employee engagement dengan kinerja karyawan PT. Cinemaxx Global Pasifik cabang Plaza Medan Fair. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 47 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yaitu 47 karyawan. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan metode angket berupa skala likert untuk variabel bebas yaitu employee engagement dan metode dokumentasi untuk variabel terikat kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil ada hubungan signifikan antara employee engagement dengan kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien dimana koefisien yaitu 0,409 dengan signifikansi p = 0,004 < 0,05, dengan bobot sumbangan 16,7%. Artinya Hipotesis yang diajukan semakin baik employee engagement maka semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the relationship between employee engagement and employee performance at PT. Cinemaxx Global Pasifik, Plaza Medan Fair branch. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 47 employees. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique, so the sample in this study was the entire population, namely 47 employees. The data collection method used a questionnaire method in the form of a Likert scale for the independent variable, namely employee engagement and documentation method for the dependent variable of employee performance. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment analysis. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it was found that there was a relationship between employee engagement and employee performance. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient where the coefficient is 0.409 with a significance of p = 0.004 <0.05, with a contribution weight of 16.7%. This means that the hypothesis proposed the better employee engagement, the higher employee performance is accepted
