This study aims to determine the relationship of work engagement with employee performance at PT. Romindo branch Medan. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample in this study were employees in the field of veterinary representative, sales representative and vaccinator at PT. Romindo branch Medan. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 55 employees. This research uses scale method and documentation method. The results of this study indicate the coefficient of the relation rxy = 0.944 with a significant p = 0.000 (p <0.05). This means that there is a positive relationship between work engagement with employee performance. With these results, the hypothesis in this study is accepted, meaning that the higher the work engagement, the higher the employee's performance, conversely, the lower the work engagement, the lower the employee's performance. Another result obtained is the determinant coefficient (r2) and a relationship of 0.891, meaning that work engagement contributes 89.1% to performance. From the percentages of the results of this study it is also known that there are still residuals from the effective contribution which are influenced by other factors that were not examined in this study. With a work engagement that is classified as high with an empirical mean higher than the hypothetical mean (128.87> 105), and a performance that is classified as "good", seen from the results of the documentation report from the company, it has an empirical average value of 79.98.
