Abstract: Nana Rhiztia. 158210019. Comparative Test of Sensitivity of Colletotrichum capsici in Chili (Capsicum annuum L) against Various Doses of Active Materials of Hexaconazole Fungicide and Vegetable Extracts of Residents (Melastoma candidum D. Don) .Under the guidance of Mr Prof. Dr. Ir. Ahmad Rafiqi Tantawi, MS. as the chief advisor and Mrs. Ir. Ellen L. Panggabean, MP., as a advisor member. This research was conducted at the Plant Protection Laboratory, University of Medan Area, from August to September 2019. The method used in this study was the Factorial Completely Randomized Design (RAL), which consisted of 2 treatment factors, namely: 1) fungicide active ingredients Hexaconazole (H notation), consisting of 5 levels of treatment, namely: H = control; H₁ = 250 ppm Hexaconazole; H = 500 ppm Hexaconazole; H = 750 ppm Hexaconazole; H = 1000 ppm Hexaconazole and Senduduk vegetable extract (notai S), consisting of 6 levels of treatment, namely: S₀ = control; S = 250 ppm Resident; S₂ = 500 ppm Resident; S₃ = 750 ppm Resident; S₄ = 1000 ppm Resident; S₅ = 1250 ppm. Each treat was repeated 2 (two) times. The parameters observed in this study were colletotricum capsici colony diameter (cm), relative barriers (%), and growth rate (cm) From the results of this study the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) the use of hexaconazole fungicides with various doses (H1, H2, H3, H4) is a treatment that gives tangible to very real results on all observational parameters (colony diameter, relative habitation, and growth rate); 2) the use of Suduk extract has a very significant effect on the colony diameter at 1 hsi, the effect is not significant at 2 to 5 hsi, and it has a significant effect at 6 to 7 hsi, while the relative inhibition has a very significant effect at 1 hsi, and no significant effect on 2 to 7 days and have no significant effect on the growth rate; 3) the combination of the two treatment factors had a very significant effect on 1 to 7 hsi, had no significant effect on 2 to 5 hsi, and had a significant effect on 6 hsi on the colony diameter, had a very significant effect on 1 hsi, and had no significant effect on 2 to 7 hsi on relative barriers, and no real effect on growth rates. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial,yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan , yakni : 1) bahan aktif fungisida Heksakonazol (notasi H), terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan, yaitu: H₀ = kontrol; H₁ = 250 ppm Heksakonazol; H₂ = 500 ppm Heksakonazol; H₃ = 750 ppm Heksakonazol ; H₄ = 1000 ppm Heksakonazol dan ekstrak nabati Senduduk (notai S), terdiri dari 6 taraf perlakuan, yaitu : S₀ = kontrol; S₁ = 250 ppm Senduduk ; S₂ = 500 ppm Senduduk; S₃ = 750 ppm Senduduk ; S₄ = 1000 ppm Senduduk ; S₅ = 1250 ppm Senduduk. Masing-masing perlauan diulang sebanyak 2 (dua) kali. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah diameter koloni colletotricum capsici (cm), hambatan relatif (%), dan laju pertumbuhan (cm) Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) penggunaan fungisida Heksakonazol dengan berbagai dosis (H1,H2,H3,H4) merupakan perlakuan yang memberikan hasil nyata hingga sangat nyata pada semua parameter pengamatan (diameter koloni, habatan relatif, dan laju pertumbuhan); 2) penggunaan ekstrak senduduk berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap diameter koloni pada 1 hsi, berpengaruh tidak nyata pada pada 2 sampai 5 hsi, dan berpengaruh nyata pada 6 sampai 7 hsi, sedangkan terhadap hambatan relatif berpengaruh sangat nyata pada 1 hsi, dan berpengaruh tidak nyata pada 2 sampai 7 hsin dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap laju pertumbuhan; 3) kombinasi kedua faktor perlauan berpengaruh sangat nyata pada 1 sampai 7 hsi, berpengaruh tida nyata pada 2 sampai 5 hsi, dan berpengaruhnyata pada 6 hsi terhadap diameter koloni, berpengaruh sangat nyata pada 1 hsi, dan berpengaruh tidak nyata pada 2 sampai 7 hsi terhadap hambatan relatif, dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap laju pertumbuhan.
