Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Loyalitas Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Does job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT.Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. 2) Does employee loyalty have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT.Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. 3) Does job satisfaction and employee loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. This type of research is associative research that connects two or more variables. The sample or respondents in this study amounted to 185 people, the sampling technique that will be used is the Probability Sampling technique with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Sample calculation using Slovin formula with a sample of 185 people and an error level of 0.01, the sample in this study was 65 people. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Research data sourced from primary and secondary data, the process of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. From the results of the study, the results of the job satisfaction variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where positive is indicated by the value of 0.402 and significant with 0.003 <0.005. Employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect with a value of 0.545 and significant with 0.000 <0.005. Job satisfaction and employee loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where positive is indicated by a significant value of 23,514 indicated by 0,00 <0,005.
