| Abstract: | This study aims to determine whether leadership has a significant positive effect on the motivation of employees of PT. Brataco Medan, to find out whether competence has a significant positive effect on the motivation of employees of PT. Brataco Medan, and to find out whether leadership and competence have a significant positive effect on the motivation of employees of PT. Brataco Medan. The population in this study is all employees at PT. Brataco Medan, amounting to 62 people. Sampling with the method of saturated sampling with a total sample of 62 people. This type of research is associative research to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. Then the research results obtained are significant positive effect on employee motivation, competence has a significant positive effect on employee motivation then leadership and competence have a significant positive effect on employee motivation PT. Brataco Medan. |
| Description: | Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi karyawan PT. Brataco Medan, untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi karyawan PT. Brataco Medan, serta untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi karyawan PT. Brataco Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan pada PT. Brataco Medan yang berjumlah 62 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Asosiatif yaitu penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik regresi linear berganda. Maka hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi karyawan, kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi karyawan kemudian kepemimpinan dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi karyawan PT. Brataco Medan. |
