Abstract: This study aims to determine: how much influence organizational justice has on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Morawa. To find out how much influence the work ethic has on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Morawa, to find out how much influence organizational justice and work ethic on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Morawa In this study, the population was relatively small, as many as 60 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 21, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis. The data analysis techniques used are data analysis, Multiple Linear Analysis Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test, namely t test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the partial test (t test), it can be concluded that employee performance has a significant positive value on employee performance. Positive indicates a value of 6,920 and sig is smaller than the probability value, namely 0,000> 0.05. Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance, which is significant as indicated by the value of 4.142 and the sig value is smaller than the probability value, namely 0.000> 0.05. Organizational justice and work ethic have a significant effect on employee performance, which is significant as indicated by the value of 96,679 and the sig value is smaller than the probability value, namely (0.000> 0.05).
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui : seberapa besar pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Morawa, Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Morawa, Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Morawa Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 60 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 21, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Adapun teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data, Uji Analisis Linier Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Hipotesis yaitu Uji t (Parsial), Uji F (Simultan) dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji t) dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pegawai memperoleh nilai positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Positif menunjukkan dengan nilai 6.920 dan sig lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas yaitu 0,000 > 0,05. Etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana signifikan ditunjukkan dengan nilai 4.142 dan nilai sig lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas yaitu 0,000 > 0,05. Keadilan organisasi dan etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana signifikan ditunjukkan dengan nilai 96.679 dan nilai sig lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas yaitu (0.000 > 0,05).
