Pengaruh Kebijakan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan Etika Bisnis Terhadap Implementation GCG Pada Bank Sumut (Kantor Pusat)

Abstract

This study aims to determine partially and simultaneously the effect of GCG policies and business ethics on the implementation of GCG at the North Sumatra Bank. This type of research is quantitative research. The research sample is employees at PT. Bank of North Sumatra totaling 93 people. The type of data used is quantitative research. The data source used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23.0. The results showed that good corporate governance policies significantly influence the implementation of GCG, business ethics significantly influence the implementation of GCG and simultaneously good corporate governance and business ethics variables significantly influence the implementation of GCG.
