Abstract

Based on the background of the formulation of the problem in this study as follows: "How is implementation of Law No. 24 In 2013 Studies Services KTP-el In the district of Medan Area Medan ". The objectives to be achieved in this research are: Knowing Implementation Services KTP-el In the district of Medan Area Medan based on Law No. 24 Year 2013. Knowing the barriers faced district of Medan Area Medan in the implementation of Law No. 24 In 2013 in particular regarding the Services KTP-el.
