Abstract

Poor Student Assistance (BSM) has begun to enter the phases approaching disbursement, therefore the students who are declared eligible to open their own accounts, because the disbursement is done in the form of bank transfer, not cash. In order to fill the account opening form well, in SMKN 3 Sibolga students are divided into several groups and fill out the same form together in the BP / BK room. Teacher BP SMKN 3 Sibolga said, for this priode the number of those who get help quite a lot, more than the previous period. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the implementation of Poor Student Assistance Program (BSM) in Vocational School of State 3 Sibolga City and what are the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of Poor Student Support Program (BSM) in Vocational High School Negeri 3 Kota Sibolga.
