dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Coaching Model Creative Art dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kompetensi Melayani Pelanggan di Cafe Rumah Pohon Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Subyek penelitian adalah karyawan Cafe Rumah Pohon yang terdiri dari 30 karyawan. Lima belas orang diambil secara random untuk kelompok eksperimen dan lima belas orang untuk kelompok kontrol. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t terhadap hipotesis sebagai berikut : Ada Pengaruh Coaching Model Creative Art terhadap Kompetensi melayani pelanggan di Café Rumah Pohon diterima dan hasilnya signifikan. Peningkatannya adalah sebesar 38,9 dari sebelum dilakukan coaching yaitu sebesar 31,40. Dengan signifikansip<0.005. Demikian juga terhadap hipotesis penelitian yang menyakatan: Ada pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kompetensi Melayani Pelanggan sebesar 39,73 dari sebelumnya 32,24. Hipotesis ketiga menyatakan : Ada Pengaruh Coaching Model Creative Art dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kompetensi Melayani pelanggan sebesar 97,9 % dari sebelumnya 72. %. Dengan demikian disarankan untuk menggunakan Coaching Model Creative Art dan motivasi kerja untuk meningkatkan kompetensi melayani pelanggan pada karyawan cafe.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Creative Art Coaching Model and Work Motivation Against Competence in Serving Customers at Rumah Pohon Cafe Medan. The method used is quasi-experimental research. The research subjects were employees of the Tree House Cafe consisting of 30 employees. Fifteen people were taken randomly for the experimental group and fifteen people for the control group. Data collection instruments in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study used the t-test for the following hypotheses: There is an Effect of Coaching Creative Art Models on Competence in serving customers at the Rumah Rumah Café and the results were significant. The increase was 38.9 from before coaching which was amounted to 31.40. With a significance <0.005. Likewise with the research hypotheses that pose: There is an influence of Work Motivation on the Competence of Serving Customers by 39.73 from 32.24. The third hypothesis states: There is an Effect of Coaching Model Creative Art and Work Motivation on Competence Serving customers by 97.9% from the previous 72.%. Thus it is recommended to use the Creative Art Coaching Model and work motivation to improve the competency of serving customers in cafe employees.en_US
