Abstract: This study aims to look at the relationship between work family conflict with work stress on female employees who are already married in the PROVSU BAPPEDA office. The research approach used is a quantitative approach to the type of correlation research. The population in this study were female employees who had been married in the PROVSU BAPPEDA office, amounting to 37 people. To determine the number of samples in this study using a total sampling technique, which is the entire population of the study sample which also amounted to 37 people. Data collection is done by using the scale of work family conflict and work stress. Validity test uses content validity test in which obtained a valid coefficient of work family conflict scale moves from rbt = 0.324 to rbt = 0.499 and work stress scale moves from rbt = 0.312 to rbt = 0.677 with a significant level or p> 0.300. The reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha which produces a reliability index of 0.871 for the scale of work family conflict and 0.912 for the scale of work stress. Total item correlation test is used to determine the relationship between the two variables namely work family conflict and work stress obtained through calculations with Product moment correlation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between work family conflict and work stress on female employees who were already married in the PROVSU BAPPEDA office. This is based on the results of the calculation of the correlation r product moment, where rxy = 0.716 with a significant p = 0,000 <0.010 means that the hypothesis proposed the higher the Work family conflict, the higher the work stress and vice versa the lower the Work family conflict, the lower the Job Stress declared accepted. The effective contribution of work family conflict affects work stress by 51.3%.
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara work family conflict dengan stres kerja pada pegawai wanita yang sudah berumah tangga di kantor BAPPEDA PROVSU. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai wanita yang sudah berumah tangga di kantor BAPPEDA PROVSU yang berjumlah 37 orang. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling, yaitu keseluruhan dari populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian yang juga berjumlah 37 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala work family conflict dan stres kerja. Uji validitas menggunakan uji validitas isi yang dimana diperoleh koefisien butir skala work family conflict yang valid bergerak dari rbt=0,324 hingga rbt=0,499 dan skala stres kerja bergerak dari rbt= 0,312 hingga rbt=0,677 dengan taraf signifikan atau p>0,300. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach yang menghasilkan indeks reliabilitas sebesar 0,871 untuk skala work family conflict dan 0,912 untuk skala stres kerja. Uji korelasi butir total digunakan untuk menentukan hubungan antara kedua variabel yaitu work family conflict dan stres kerja diperoleh melalui perhitungan dengan korelasi Product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara work family conflict dengan stres kerja pada pegawai wanita yang sudah berumah tangga di kantor BAPPEDA PROVSU. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil perhitungan korelasi r product moment, dimana rxy=0,716 dengan signifikan p=0,000<0,010 artinya hipotesis yang di ajukan semakin tinggi Work family conflict maka akan semakin tinggi Stres kerja dan sebaliknya semakin rendah Work family conflict maka akan semakin rendah Stres Kerja dinyatakan diterima. Adapun sumbangan efektif dari work family conflict mempengaruhi stres kerja sebesar 51,3%.
