Abstract: This research aims to see The Relationship of Climate Organization with Employee Performance PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) Branch Office of SM. Raja Medan. Hypothesis filed there is a positive relationship between climate organization with employee performance PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) branch Office of SM. Raja Medan. The population in this study amounted to 145 employees. Sampling technique is the Purposive Sampling technique is based on certain traits and characteristics, samples on this research of 42 employees working in the Mantri section. Data collection method is a method of documentation for variable binding i.e. Performance and poll method in the form of scale for free variables i.e. organizational climate. Data analysis using Product Moment analysis. The results of the research obtained is there is a significant relationship between the organizational climate with employee performance. It is shown from the coefficient of rxy = 0636; p = 0.000 means p = < 0.05 which means that the better the organizational climate then the higher the employee'performance. Based on the results of this study, a proposed hypothesis was accepted with the organization's climate contribution to performance of 40.5%. These results are known that there is still a 59.5% contribution from other factors to employee performance. It is known that the research subject of the Mantri in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) branch Office of SM. Raja Medan which has a relatively temperate performance and good climate organization.
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin melihat hubungan Iklim Organisasi Dengan Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) Kantor Cabang SM. Raja Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan positif antara Iklim Organisasi Dengan Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) Kantor Cabang SM. Raja Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 145 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada ciri-ciri dan karakteristik tertentu, sampel pada penelitian ini 42 karyawan yang bekerja di bagian mantri. Metode pengumpulan data adala metode dokumentasi untuk variabel terikat yaitu kinerja dan metode angket berupa skala untuk variabel bebas yaitu iklim organisasi. Analisa data menggunakan analisis Product Moment. Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu ada hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukan dari koefisien rxy = 0.636 ; p = 0,000 berarti p = < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa semakin baik Iklim Organisasi maka semakin tinggi Kinerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima dengan sumbangan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja sebesar 40,5%. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 59,5% kontribusi dari faktor lain terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Diketahui bahwa subjek penelitian ini para Mantri di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) Kantor Cabang SM. Raja Medan yang memiliki Kinerja yang tergolong sedang dan Iklim Organisasi yang tergolong baik.
