Abstract: Some factors that influence boiler efficiency are superheater pressure with boiler efficiency, steam production with boiler efficiency, steam production, amount of steam produced, fuel and combustion heating values. The use of chemicallogic steamtab companion software to calculate enthalpy value of the purpose of this study is to get the heat of the combustion chamber with a height of 10 m width 8 m with boiler efficiency relationship feed water temperature with a variation of the amount of steam produced by analyzing the heating value of 75% fiber shell shell % and analyzing the water tube efficiency shows that changes in the value or variation of steam enthalpy, superheater pressure, feed water temperature, and the amount of steam production produced affect the boiler efficiency. The relationship of variation in the amount of steam produced is very influential to the efficiency of the boiler itself, where the greater the amount of steam produced, the greater the efficiency of the boiler produced.
Description: Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi boiler adalah tekanan superheater dengan efisiensi boiler,produksi uap dengan efisiensi boiler,produksi uap,jumlah uap yang dihasilkan, bahan bakar dan nilai kalor hasil pembakaran. Pengunaan software chemicallogic steamtab companion untuk menghitung nilai entalpy tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan panas ruang bakar dengan ukuran tinggi 10 m lebar 8 m dengan efisiensi boiler hubungan suhu air umpan dengan hubungan variasi jumlah uap yang dihasilkan dengan menganalisa nilai kalor bahan bakar serabut 75% cangkang 25% dan menganalisa efisiensi water tube memperlihatkan bahwa perubahan nilai atau variasi enthalpy uap, tekanan superheater, suhu air umpan, dan jumlah produksi uap yang dihasilkan berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi boiler. Hubungan variasi jumlah produksi uap yang dihasilkan sangat berpengaruh dengan efisiensi boiler itu sendiri, dimana semakin besar jumlah uap yang dihasilkan maka semakin besar juga efisiensi boiler yang dihasilkan.
