Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Commitment on the Employee Performance of Lariz Depari Hotel. The research method used is exploratory research, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions(questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees at Lariz Depari Hotel. which numbered 45 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as census. In this study the population is relatively small, which is as many as 45 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) the variable Emotional Intelligence partially affects the Employee Performance of Lariz Depari Hotel. ; (2) partially the Organizational Commitment variables affect Lariz Depari Hotel's Employee Performance; (3) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the Emotional Intelligence variable and Organizational Commitment on the Lariz Depari Hotel Employee Performance.
Description: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Lariz Depari Hotel. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksploratif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di Lariz Depari Hotel. yang berjumlah 45 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 45 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel Kecerdasan Emosional mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Lariz Depari Hotel. ; (2) secara parsial variabel Komitmen Organisasi mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Lariz Depari Hotel; (3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kecerdasan Emosional dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Lariz Depari Hotel.
