Analisis Perilaku Cyberbullying Remaja di Jejaring Sosial Instagram di Sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Sunggal

Abstract

This study is entitled Analysis of Adolescent Cyberbullying Behavior in Instagram Social Networks at Sunggal Madrasah Aliyah Islamic School. This research is motivated by the increasing number of cases of cyberbullying that occur in adolescents through social media. One of the most widely used social networks by cyberbullying actors is Instagram. The initial use of the Instagram social network as a media to find information and make friends, immediately changed the function to become a media for harassment. The advantages of the Instagram feature make it easier for perpetrators of harassment to humiliate and spread the ugliness of the victims. The data in this study were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation in adolescents in Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Sunggal, as well as through documents related to this research. So that in this study found several types of cyberbullying namely harassment and body shaming
