Abstract: This study aims to: 1) Whether work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service) Medan, 2) Whether supervision has a significant positive effect on the performance of PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service) Medan, 3) Does the spirit of work and supervision have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service) Medan. The analysis technique of this research uses the coefficient of determination, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (f test). This type of research is associative namely a research that asks the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service) 64 employees and by using the Slovin formula The sampling technique in this study was carried out using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique, the number of samples was taken, namely all employees of PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service) Sunggal as many as 55 respondents. Research data comes from primary and secondary data, the process of collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the study obtained the results of the t-test p-value value or probability value of the independent variable X1 (work morale) in the column 0.000 sig <0.05. This explains that work spirit has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service). And the p-value or probability value of the independent variable X2 (supervision) in the column 0.000 sig <0.05. This explains that supervision has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service) .. The R Square value obtained is 0.738. R square is also called identification of determination. This value means that 73.8% of performance can be explained by using the variable morale and supervision and the remaining 16.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Apakah semangat kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service) Medan, 2) Apakah pengawasan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service) Medan, 3) Apakah semangat kerja dan pengawasan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service) Medan. Tekhnik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (uji f). Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service) 64 orang karyawan dan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, maka jumlah sampel diambil yaitu seluruh Karyawan PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service) Sunggal sebanyak 55 responden. Data penelitian bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder, proses pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil uji t Nilai p-value atau nilai probabilitas Variabel Bebas X1 (semangat kerja) pada kolom sig 0.000<0.05. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada karyawan PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service). Dan nilai p-value atau nilai probabilitas Variabel Bebas X2 (pengawasan) pada kolom sig 0.000<0.05. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada Karyawan PT. Duta Mitra Solusindo (Assa Driver Service).. Nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0.738. R square disebut juga sebagai identifikasi determinasi. Nilai tersebut berarti bahwa sebesar 73,8% kinerja dapat dijelaskan dengan menggunakan variabel semangat kerja dan pengawasan serta sisanya 16,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.
