Pengaruh Loyalitas dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether loyalty has a significant positive effect on the performance of the Medan City Transportation Department employees, as well as to determine whether the organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the performance of Medan City Transportation Department employees. The population in this study were all employees at the Medan City Transportation Agency as many as 80 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 56 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study can be seen that Loyalty (X1) has a significant positive effect on the performance of Medan City Transportation Agency employees, organizational culture (X2) has a significant positive effect on the performance of Medan City Transportation Department employees.
