Evaluasi Dampak Program Pengembangan Kecamatan (PPK) Terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (Studi Kasus Pengaruh Terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Kecamatan Peunaron Kabupaten Aceh Timur Provinsi Aceh)

Abstract

District Development Program (DDP) is one of poverty reduction program implemented in the poor sub districts. The main purpose of DDP is to accelerate poverty reduction centers through community empowerment approach. After the implementation of the DDP ended, it is necessary to do a study on the impact of DDP in enhancing community empowerment. The purpose of this research is to answer the question whether the DDP able to increase community empowerment, and how much of the increase. The research method used is the research of survey methods. By design comparative evaluation is Comparative Before After. The Location of research chosen Peunaron as the new sub district in the widened of Serbajadi sub district. The results showed that the DDP able to increase community empowerment in Peunaron. The by the increasing of household to consider opportunities for quality of services in facilities products of area can be increase also occurred in the economy that is characterized household consumption. These can be a decline in the percentage consumption group that shifts to a high consumption group. Recommendations of the social question that occurs is improved infrastructure. This can be done to improve the education and health, and in developing market building commercial permanently. Thus, economic activity can be, so the optimized to improve people's economic district.
