Effectiveness Leaf Extraction Kenikir and Betel leaft As Biofungicide To Cause Disease Antraknosa (Colletotricum capsici) On Plant Chili Red (Capsicum annuum) in In vitro. Essay. Under the guidance of Mrs. Ir. Maimunah, M.si as Chairman and Mrs. Ir. Azwana, MP Member as Supervisor. The research was done in the Laboratory Protection Plant Agriculture Faculty University of Medan Area, was held since May to July 2018. The research use Design Random Complete (RAL) Non Factorial with treatment F0 = negative control (PDA Media 100 %) F1 = Positive control (Synthetic fungicide 0.2%), F2 = 20% leaf extraction kenikir + 10% leaf extraction betel, F3 = 30 % leaf extraction kenikir + 10% leaf extraction betel,, F4 = 40% leaf extraction kenikir + 10% leaf extraction betel, F5 = 20% leaf extraction kenikir + 20% leaf extraction betel, F6 = 30 % leaf extraction kenikir + 20% leaf extraction betel, F7 = 40% leaf extraction kenikir + 20% leaf extraction betel, F8 = 20% leaf extraction kenikir + 30% leaf extraction betel, F9 = 30% leaft extraction kenikir + 30% leaf extraction betel, F10 = 40 % leaf extraction kenikir + 30% leaf extraction betel. The results of the study on the inhibition of colony diameter growth and the percentage of Colletotrichum capsici fungi growth in all treatments tested and extracted from kenikir leaf and betel leaf showed the same results.

Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Proteksi Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area pada bulan Mei - Juli 2018. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Non Faktorial dengan perlakuan F0 = Kontrol negatif (Media PDA 100%), F1 = Kontrol positif (fungisida sintetik 0.2%), F2 = 20 % ekstrak daun kenikir + 10 % ekstrak daun sirih, F3 = 30 % ekstrak daun kenikir + 10 % ekstrak daun sirih, F4 = 40 % ekstrak daun kenikir + 10 % ekstrak daun sirih, F5 = 20 % ekstrak daun kenikir + 20 % ekstrak daun sirih, F6 = 30 % ekstrak daun kenikir + 20 % ekstrak daun sirih, F7 = 40 % ekstrak daun kenikir + 20 % ekstrak daun sirih, F8 = 20 % ekstrak daun kenikir + 30 % ekstrak daun sirih, F9 = 30 % ekstrak daun kenikir + 30 % ekstrak daun sirih, F10 = 40 % ekstrak daun kenikir + 30 % ekstrak daun sirih. Hasil penelitian penghambatan pertumbuhan diameter koloni dan persentase pertumbuhan jamur Colletotrichum capsici semua perlakuan pemberian ekstrak daun kenikir dan daun sirih yang diuji memperlihatkan hasil yang sama besarnya.
