Abstract: Purple eggplant plants are one of the agricultural commodities whose production continues to decline where this is due to soil conditions that have decreased fertility and to improve it, organic fertilizers derived from agricultural waste are needed, one of which is oil palm fiber waste that can improve conditions and increase soil nutrients and to optimize plant growth also needed additional nutrients from liquid organic fertilizers derived from cabbage waste. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best dose of compost waste of palm fiber waste and liquid organic fertilizer of cabbage waste on purple eggplant plants (Solanum melongena. L). The experimental design used in this study was factorial randomized block design which consisted of 2 levels of treatment. S treatment is S0 = not given compost of palm fiber waste, S1 = 1.8 Kg / plot, S2 = 2.2 kg / plot and S3 = 3 kg / plot. The treatment of P0 = without liquid organic cabbage fertilizer, P1 = 10 ml / liter, P2 = 20 ml / liter and P3 = 30 ml / liter. The results showed that the waste compost of palm oil fibers significantly affected the production including sample planting fruit, crop production, length, diameter of fruit sample, sample weight and plot fruit production, giving liquid organic fertilizer cabbage waste significantly affected the production, diameter of planting fruit sample and weight of sample crop production and combination of palm fiber waste compost and liquid organic fertilizer cabbage waste significantly affected production including fruit diameter of sample cropping and plot fruit production. The best treatment of palm fiber mill waste compost is S3 (3 kg / plot), liquid organic fertilizer P3 cabbage waste (30 ml / liter) and combination S3P2 (3 kg / waste fiber compost plot and 20 ml / liter liquid organic fertilizer cabbage waste .
Description: Tanaman terong ungu merupakan salah satu komoditas pertanian yang produksinya terus mengalami penurunan dimana hal ini disebabkan karena kondisi tanah yang mengalami penurun kesuburan dan untuk memperbaikinya diperlukan pupuk organik yang berasal limbah pertanian salah satunya adalah limbah serabut kelapa sawit yang dapat memperbaiki kondisi dan menambah unsur hara tanah dan untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan tanaman juga diperlukan tambahan hara dari pupuk organik cair yang berasal dari limbah kubis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan dosis terbaik pupuk kompos limbah serabut kelapa sawit dan pupuk organik cair limbah kubis pada tanaman terong ungu (Solanum melongena. L). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 taraf perlakuan. Perlakuan S yaitu S0 = tidak diberi kompos limbah serabut kelapa sawit, S1 = 1,8 Kg/plot, S2 = 2,2 kg/plot dan S3 = 3 kg/plot. Perlakuan P0 = tanpa pupuk organik cair kubis, P1 = 10 ml/liter, P2 = 20 ml/liter dan P3 = 30 ml/liter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pupuk kompos limbah serabut kelapa sawit berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi meliputi buah pertanaman sampel, produksi pertanaman, panjang, diameter buah pertanaman sampel, bobot sampel dan produksi buah perplot, pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah kubis berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi meliputi, diameter buah pertanaman sampel dan bobot produksi pertanaman sampel dan kombinasi pemberian kompos limbah serabut kelapa sawit dan pupuk organik cair limbah kubis berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi meliputi, diameter buah pertanaman sampel dan produksi buah perplot. Perlakuan terbaik kompos limbah serabut pabrik kelapa sawit yaitu S3 (3 kg/plot), pupuk organik cair limbah kubis P3 (30 ml/liter) dan kombinasi S3P2 ( 3 kg/ plot kompos limbah serabut dan 20 ml/liter pupuk organik cair limbah kubis.
