Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship attitude to work rotation to the Work spirit at the Land Office of Medan City. The sample in this research is employee of Land Office of Medan City which work 2 year and taken from total population 50 employees. Measuring tool in this research use attitude scale to rotation and work spirit. Data analysis technique in this research use Pearson Product Moment correlation. Based on the results of research data obtained results with F = 3.4333 and p = 0.000 (p <0.005), means there is a very significant relationship between attitudes to job rotation with work spirit. Result of correlation analysis rxy = 0,992; p = 0,000 (p <0.05), there is a significant positive relationship between attitudes toward job rotation and work spirit. From result of data analysis known that attitude to work rotation with work spirit in subject pertained high. Effective contribution of attitude toward job rotation to work spirit of 98,3% is shown from determinant coefficient R square = 0,983. This means that there are still 1.7% other factors that influence morale beyond the attitude factor to work rotation. The conclusion of this research indicates that attitude to work rotation have positive relation with work spirit at employees of Land Office of Medan City
