Abstract: Human activities are generally involved in human-machine interaction. The definition of man-machine system is a combination of one or more human with one or multiple machines which interact with each other to generate the outputs based on inputs obtained. While that is a machine in this Hali is having the broadest sense, which includes all physical objects such as equipment, supplies, facilities, and objects used by humans. The method used is the method RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) that examines the posture of workers with RULA worksheet for work at the Sugar Factory Warehouse Results Kwala Madu PTPN II Langkat. Under these conditions every worker should be involved at each step of the repair because they know the problems that are being faced. Ergonomics is the active participation of workers' participation to implement the work place ergonomics knowledge to improve working conditions
