Abstract: This study aims to determine: 1) Does job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT.Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. 2) Does employee loyalty have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT.Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. 3) Does job satisfaction and employee loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. This type of research is associative research that connects two or more variables. The sample or respondents in this study amounted to 185 people, the sampling technique that will be used is the Probability Sampling technique with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Sample calculation using Slovin formula with a sample of 185 people and an error level of 0.01, the sample in this study was 65 people. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Research data sourced from primary and secondary data, the process of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. From the results of the study, the results of the job satisfaction variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where positive is indicated by the value of 0.402 and significant with 0.003 <0.005. Employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect with a value of 0.545 and significant with 0.000 <0.005. Job satisfaction and employee loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where positive is indicated by a significant value of 23,514 indicated by 0,00 <0,005.
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. 2) Apakah loyalitas karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. 3) Apakah kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang menghubungkan dua variable atau lebih. Sampel atau responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 185 orang, teknik penarikan sampel yang akan digunakan adalah teknik Probability Sampling dengan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan sampel sebanyak 185 orang dan error level sebesar 0,01 maka sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 orang. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data penelitian bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder, proses pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil variable kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana positif ditunjukan dengan nilai 0,402 dam signifikan dengan 0,003<0,005. Loyalitas karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai 0,545 dan signifikan dengan 0,000<0,005. Kepuasan kerja dan Loyalitas karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai 23,514 signifikan ditunjukkan dengan 0,00<0,005.
