Abstract: Effectiveness Test Of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) From The Skin Of Kepok Banana And Cow Urine In Oil Palm Seedlings (Elaeis guineensis jacq) Age 7 - 12 Months In Main Breeding. Thesis. under the guidance of Ir. H. Gusmeizal, MP as the Chief Advisor and Dr. Ir. Sumihar Hutapea, MS as a Supervising Member. This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) from the skin of Kepok bananas and cow urine on oil palm seedlings in the main nursery, carried out in the Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Medan Area Jalan Kolam No.1 Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District with a height of 22 m above sea level and flat topography. this research was conducted from August 2018 until January 2019. The research method used in this study was a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD), with 2 (two) treatment factors, namely: 1) Liquid organic fertilizer factor (POC) from the skin of Kepok banana (A) consisting of 5 levelstreatment, namely: A01 = no treatment, A02 = 50% of the fertilizer recommendation, A1 = POC the skin of Kepok bananas with a concentration of 2%, A2 = POC the skin of Kepok bananas in a concentration of 4%, A3 = POC the skin of Kepok bananas with a concentration of 6%; and 2) Factors for administration of cow urine (N) consist of 4 levels of treatment, namely: N0 = without administration of cow urine POC, N1 = cow urine POC with a concentration of 2.25%, N2 = cow urine POC with a concentration of 4.5% , N3 = POC urinecattle with a concentration of 6.75%.each treatment was repeated 2 (two) times so that there were 40 experimental plots. Each experiment consisted of 5 plants with 3 sample plants. The parameters observed in this study consisted of seedling height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf area, and leaf color. From the results of the research that has been carried out the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) The application of liquid organic fertilizer from the skin of Kepok bananas in A3 treatment with a concentration of 6% has a very significant effect on the growth of coconut seedlingsoil palm in the main nurseries of oil palm at the age of 7 to 12 months.; 2) The application of liquid organic fertilizer from cow urine in N3 treatment with a concentration of 6.75% has a very significant effect on the growth of oil palm seedlings in the main nurseries of oil palms at the age of 7 to 12 months; and 3) Combination of givingliquid organic fertilizer from kepok banana peels followed by administration of liquid organic fertilizer from cow urine does not significantly affect the growth of oil palm seedlings in the main nurseries of oil palms at the age of 7 to 12 months.

Di bawah bimbingan Ir. H. Gusmeizal, MP selaku Ketua Pembimbing dan Dr. Ir. Sumihar Hutapea, MS selaku Anggota Pembimbing. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) dari kulit buah pisang kepok dan urine sapi pada bibit kelapa sawit di pembibitan utama, dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area Jalan Kolam No.1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dengan ketinggian tempat 22 m dari permukaan laut dan tofografi datar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Agustus 2018 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) secara faktorial, dengan 2 (dua) faktor perlakuan, yakni : 1) Faktor pupuk organik cair (POC) dari kulit buah pisang kepok (A) terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan, yaitu : A01 = tanpa perlakuan, A02 = 50 % dari rekomendasi pemupukan, A1 = POC kulit buah pisang kepok dengan konsentrasi 2 %, A2 = POC kulit buah pisang kepok dengan konsentrasi 4 %, A3 = POC kulit buah pisang kepok dengan konsentrasi 6 %; dan 2) Faktor pemberian urin sapi (N) terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu : N0 = tanpa pemberian POC urin sapi, N1 =: POC urine sapi dengan konsentrasi 2,25 %, N2 = POC urine sapi dengan konsentrasi 4,5 %, N3 = POC urine sapi dengan konsentrasi 6,75 %. Masingmasing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 2 (dua) kali sehingga terdapat 40 plot percobaan. Setiap percobaan terdiri dari 5 tanaman dengan 3 tanaman sampel. Adapun parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tinggi bibit, diameter batang, jumlah daun, luas daun, dan warna daun. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) Pemberian pupuk organik cair dari kulit buah pisang kepok pada perlakuan A3 dengan kosentrasi 6 % berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit di pembibitan utama kelapa sawit pada umur 7 sampai 12 bulan.; 2) Pemberian pupuk organik cair dari urine sapi pada perlakuan N3 dengan kosentrasi 6,75 % berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit di pembibitan utama kelapa sawit pada umur 7 sampai 12 bulan.; dan 3) Kombinasi pemberian pupuk organik cair dari kulit pisang kepok yang di ikuti dengan pemberian pupuk organik cair dari urine sapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit di pembibitan utama kelapa sawit pada umur 7 sampai 12 bulan.
