Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze self-efficacy and training have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Area. The research method used is an associative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Area, amounting to 65 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data analysis uses regression analysis. The results showed: Self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with tcount 5.140> t table 1.988 p-value 0.000 <0.05, Training had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with tcount 2.188> t table 1.998 p-value 0.000 <0.05 , self efficacy and training have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with Fcount 74.949> Ftable 3.15 p-value 0.000 <0.05, and self efficacy and training affect job satisfaction simultaneously at 69.8% with Adjusted R Square value ( R2) of 0.698.
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis self efficacy dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan assosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Medan yang berjumlah 65 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan thitung 5,140 > ttabel 1,988 p-value 0,000 < 0,05, Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan thitung 2,188 > ttabel 1,998 p- value 0,000 < 0,05, self efficacy dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan Fhitung 74,949 > Ftabel 3,15 p-value 0,000 < 0,05, serta self efficacy dan pelatihan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja secara simultan sebesar 69,8% dengan nilai Adjusted R Square (R2) sebesar 0,698.
