Abstract: This research aims to look at the relationship between motivation and support organizations working with stress mental hospital nurses working in Aceh. Research undertaken against 120 people nurses techniques Non Probability Sampling. Data collection are methods of scale, i.e. the scale of work motivation, organisational support and scale the scale of work stress. The data were analyzed using Multiple Regression. The results showed; There is a very significant relationship between motivation and support organization with work stress. This result was shown by R Square 0.324; SIG < 0.010. This indicates that the higher the motivation of working and organisational support then the higher the lower work stress. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the hypothesis presented in this research were declared admissible. Both variables in this study, namely the variables work motivation and support the organization contributes to the stress of work amounting to 32.4%. Separately, the motivation of working contributes of 20.8% against high low stress work, while the Organization's support of 19.8% contributing towards high low stress work. The subjects of this research has revealed the motivation of working for nurses which belongs to low, and the organizational support received by nurses was stated to tend to be low. Both of these conditions resulted in the stressful condition of the work of nurses at the Aceh Mental Hospital high.
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan dukungan organisasi dengan stres kerja perawat Rumah Sakit Jiwa Aceh. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 120 orang perawat dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel Non Probability Sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode skala, yaitu skala motivasi kerja, skala dukungan organisasi dan skala stres kerja. Data dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; Ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan dukungan organisasi dengan stres kerja. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai R Square 0.324 ; sig < 0,000 lebih kecil dari pada 0,005. Ini menandakan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi kerja dan semakin tinggi dukungan organisasi maka semakin rendah stres kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. Kedua variabel dalam penelitian ini, yakni variabel motivasi kerja dan dukungan organisasi memberikan kontribusi terhadap stres kerja sebesar 32,4%. Secara terpisah, motivasi kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 20,8% terhadap tinggi rendahnya stress kerja, sementara dukungan organisasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 19,8% terhadap tinggi rendahnya stres kerja. Subjek penelitian ini dinyatakan memiliki motivasi kerja perawat yang tergolong cenderung rendah, dan dukungan organisasi yang diterima perawat dinyatakan cenderung rendah. Kedua kondisi ini mengakibatkan kondisi stres kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Aceh tinggi.
