Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship self efficacy and family social support with career maturity. The approach of this study was conducted by using correlational quantitative method. A total of 130 active student were employed and were obtained by using simple random sampling technique. Three scales namely career maturity, self- efficacy, and family social support were distributed to collect data. The data obtained was analyzed with Regression Analysis Technique. The results of this study indicate (1) there is a significant positive relationship between self efficacy and social support with career maturity, where the coefficient rx12y= 0.580 and p= 0,000 with contribution of 33,6 %, there is a significant positive relationship between self efficacy and career maturity, where the coefficient rx1y= 0.573 and p= 0,000 with contribution of 32,8 %, there is a significant positive relationship between social support and career maturity, where the coefficient rx2y= 0.347 and p= 0,000 with contribution of 12,0 %, thus, all hypotheses were accepted.
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dan dukungan social keluarga dengan kematangan karir mahasiswa stikes Muhammadiyah Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 130 mahasiswa stikes Muhammadiyah Lhokseumawe.yang masih aktif di semester 2 dan semester 4 dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga skala kematangan karir, skala efikasi diri, skala dukungan social keluarga. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan social keluarga dengan kematangan karir. dimana rx12y= 0.580 dan p= 0,000 dengan kontribusi sebesar 33,6 %, (2) ada hubungan efikasi diri dengan kematangan karir, dimana rx1y= 0.573 dan p= 0,000 dengan kontribusi sebesar 32,8 %, (3) ada hubungan dukungan social keluarga dengan kematangan karir, dimana rx2y= 0.347 dan p= 0,000 dengan kontribusi sebesar 12.0%, dengan demikian di nyatakan seluruh hipotesis dapat diterima.
