Abstract: The aim of this study To determine the relationship between occupational safety and health with work productivity at the processing employee PT. Perkebunan Nusantara Iv Unit Kebun Sawit Langkat. The work productivity is A person's ability to produce goods and services from various resources Or factors of production used with a predetermined time and the presence of labor or employee participation. This research was conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Sawit Langkat On September 13th through September 27th, 2016. The method used in this research is by using quantitative method. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive relationship, Between safety and health with employee work productivity. With the assumption that the higher the occupational safety and health, the higher the work productivity of employees, the lower the safety and health, the lower the productivity of employees. The sample of research taken in this study amounted to 62 people. Sampling technique in this research is by using total sampling. Based on product moment correlation analysis result showed that the correlation of 0.625 with p = 0,000 <0,05, This shows that there is a significant positive correlation between occupational safety and health with work productivity at the processing employee at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Kebun Sawit Langkat. This means that the higher the safety and health of work, the higher the productivity of employees. Conversely, the lower the occupational safety and health, the lower the productivity of employees and the results of this research hypothesis is accepted. The determinant coefficient r2 = 0.390. This shows that occupational safety and health contributes to work productivity of 39%. Reviewing the results of this study then the hypothesis in this study accepted.
